I am a fellow Christian ready to share what God is doing in my life.
I invite you to take this journey with me. I will be sharing Scripture along with applications and thoughts.
I am a retired teacher. I taught for 38 years in general education as well as special education. My husband and I are actively serving in our church and enjoying our time as empty-nesters. Both of our children are married. We consider ourselves blessed to have 4 children who love and serve the Lord.
I have no formal Biblical training, but I love God’s Word. It is exciting to dig in and discover the truths on the pages of Scripture. I am privileged to lead a Women’s Bible Study at my church. A couple of years ago, I sensed God leading me to do something with women’s ministry. I assisted in the leading of a ladies’ small group and then began my own. I lead a wonderful group of women as we strive to know God better. I am pretty conservative in all of my views and beliefs.
Some of my musings will be about the role of women in the church. Others will be about other topics that women face as we grow closer to the Lord. Stay tuned to see what the Lord places on my heart to share with you.
